The Staff Assembly consists of 20–24 senators who represent William & Mary’s operational and classified employees and non-student hourly wage employees. The Assembly advises senior administrators, including the President and Executive Vice President, on matters affecting these employees.

The Staff Assembly meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. Monthly meetings are open to all staff members. 

The Staff Assembly has five Standing Committees that are open to the Staff for membership.
