Cayuse will be posting a root-cause analysis on the Service Disruption page within 5 business days.

SPARCS is currently down as of this today, September 26. A ticket has been submitted to Cayuse and the team is aware and working on a solution.

If you would like to begin working your IRB protocol, you may use the Word Template until the site is back up.
