Hello -
Earlier this week we emailed all Cascade editors to introduce an important project that has begun related to W&M's digital presence.
Update
- We have identified you as the point of contact (POC) for one or more Cascade sites!
- See which ones + an overview of your responsibilities: www.wm.edu/cascade/cleanup/pocs
By Wednesday, September 17
- Please discuss this with your supervisor and fellow editors.
- If the listed POC is incorrect, email [[creative]] to indicate the site name and provide a new POC name.
- The designated POC must be a current editor of the site.
Next Steps
- A collection of guides, tools and tips are being created and curated for you - we'll provide these next week.
- Features in Cascade are being implemented to assist you in this vital work.
- Features in Acquia Optimize, a tool that scans and monitors websites for broken links and more, are being finalized.
