Responsibilities
- will manage the cleanup process for their site or folder, ensuring all assets are reviewed by December 15, 2025
- will be assigned Cascade ownership of all assets to monitor the review progress
- may delegate the review process to fellow editors as appropriate
- will be a report recipient from Acquia Optimize, a tool that scans and monitors websites for issues related to broken links, top editorial policies and accessibility
News Stories: Additional guidance will be provided regarding the retention of archival news stories and borrowed news stories. Assets in "news" folders have been set with an extended review date for spring 2026.
