Young Leader Academy

Shaping tomorrow’s changemakers through leadership, communication, and global insight — in partnership with Georgian Strategic Analysis Center.

Created in collaboration with the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center (GSAC), the Young Leader Academy combines modern teaching methods with hands-on experience to help participants develop essential skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and international relations— preparing them for diverse roles in a globalized world.

The Young Leaders Academy is a unique and exciting opportunity, available exclusively in Georgia, for those who aspire to become influential global leaders.

GSAC

  • Led by Distinguished American Professors

    70% of the program will be taught by distinguished American professors, providing an authentic and high-quality educational experience, while the remaining 30% will feature simulations led by experienced Georgian professionals, offering practical, locally relevant insights. William & Mary professors will mentor students throughout the course, helping them develop leadership skills.

  • Insight to U.S. Higher Education

    William & Mary professors, in collaboration with GSAC, will provide informal advice for students wishing to study at William & Mary and other top U.S. universities.

  • Organization

    The program is organized and supervised by William & Mary’s Whole of Government Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless coordination and academic excellence.

  • American Certification

    William & Mary Whole of Government Center of Excellence will issue an official certificate to students, validating their successful completion of the program.

  • Flexible Format

    The academy offers a hybrid format, combining in-person and online sessions to provide convenience and effective learning opportunities.

  • Duration & Cost

    The program is a 10-week program, consisting of 20 sessions. The total cost of the program is $1,875 USDA.
