COVID-19 Policy Updates
  • Therapeutic Massage & Reiki is available at the McLeod Tyler Wellness Center
  • Clients & Practitioners must wear face coverings at all times
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms, have been identified as a close contact to a confirmed case within the past 14 days, or are currently awaiting COVID-19 testing results, then you are not eligible for an appointment at this time.
Check-in & Payment

Payments for services are processed in advance online.
After reserving your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your reservation number and a link to our payment portal. At this time, only credit cards are accepted in the online payment portal. Service sales are final.

When you arrive for your appointment at the Wellness Center, check-in with the Wellness Ambassador available at the front desk.

New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for their first massage appointment. This allows time to complete any necessary forms, ask questions you may have, and for your therapist to get acquainted with your expectations of the massage.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes and shower prior to your appointment to receive the full-treatment benefit.

Session Cancellation or Change

To cancel or change the time of your scheduled appointment, click the "Change Your Appointment" link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Clients should change or cancel their appointment with a minimum 24-hour notice from the scheduled appointment time. Clients are not able to make changes in the online portal to an appointment that is scheduled to occur within the 24-hour window.

Late Cancellation
Clients attempting to cancel their appointment with less than 24-hours notice must call the Wellness Center front desk between 9am-5pm at (757) 221-1439 or email to cancel. The session may be forfeited and non-refundable if canceled with less than 24-hours notice.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Massage Therapists will wait 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of the massage for clients to arrive for an appointment. After 10 minutes, the session is forfeited and non-refundable. Sessions that start late due to a tardy client arrival will end at the originally scheduled time.

Failure to show up for an appointment without advanced notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. Service sales are final.

It is not required that you tip your massage therapist. However, if you wish to do so, the best way is to give cash directly to the massage therapist after your session.
