Tribe Adventure Program (TAP)

It doesn't matter if you're an avid outdoor enthusiast or have never ventured beyond your own backyard, the Tribe Adventure Program has something for you. Whether it's trying our indoor Climbing Wall, attending one of our educational clinics, or joining us on an exciting trip, we can help you try something new and enjoy the outdoors!

Apply now to become a Tribe Adventure Program Trip Leader.  The online application will open by Sept.13 and will close at 11:59PM on Sept. 22. Be sure to read the "Training and Time Commitments" section of the application before you apply. You must also submit a resume to TAP@wm.edu by the Sept. 22 application deadline. Interviews will be schedule between Sept. 25 and Oct. 4. The first mandatory staff training will be held Oct.12-15.

The Tribe Adventure Program's Mission

In keeping with the mission and values of William & Mary and Campus Recreation, the Tribe Adventure Program (TAP) strives to provide fun and educational programming that promotes health and wellness, and the sustainable use of our environment. Additionally, the Tribe Adventure Program endeavors to provide student employees an opportunity to develop valuable group and leadership skills that will last a lifetime. TAP is an Educational Partner of the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics.
