Locker Rental Fees

Lockers are available for rental in the Men's and Women’s Locker Rooms.

Locker Issue and Renewal/Check-out Dates (dates are subject to change)

Fall: Semester lockers must be renewed or cleaned out no later than Dec 15.
Spring: Semester lockers must be renewed or cleaned out no later than May 15.
Summer: All lockers must be renewed or cleaned out no later than August 5.

Locker Renewal and Check-Out Procedures

Lockers must be renewed or checked out by the dates listed above. Belongings left in lockers that have not been renewed after the check-out date will be removed. William & Mary and its personnel do not assume responsibility for articles left in lockers or articles emptied from lockers by Campus Recreation personnel after check-out dates.

Full-Length Lockers

Full-length lockers may be used while you are in the Bee McLeod Recreation Center by transferring the lock provided from your rental locker to a full-length locker. Full-length lockers may not be occupied overnight. Transfer your possessions and lock them back in your rental locker before you leave the facility.

Lost Lock

A $5 fee will be charged for a lost lock.

Private Locks

Private locks may be used on a daily basis. They must be removed each day prior to facility closing. Private locks left on lockers overnight will be cut off, and locker contents will be removed. 

 

Rental Policies

Rental Policies

  • A late fee of $5 per day will be assessed for any equipment returned after the due date.
  • A cleaning fee of $10 will be assessed for any equipment returned dirty or wet.
  • Equipment may not be used on W&M property between 12:00 am and 6:00 am.
  • Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, or W&M Express.
  • Any questions or concerns about renting equipment, please contact the [[equipmentcenter, Equipment Center]].
  • If you DO NOT hear from anyone within 2 business days please contact [[jeholm, James Holmes]].
