Our Leadership Development Pathway

A Leadership Pathway is a flexible approach to leadership development that allows employees to build knowledge and skills based on where they are in their leadership journey. Rather than relying on a single course or one-time program, a pathway combines foundational learning with opportunities to continue developing through workshops, live learning experiences, and other professional development opportunities.

Horizon: Program for those interested in pursuing a leadership role or have been identified as possible leaders.

Compass: Program for supervisors that goes beyond the managing of people and processes and provides an introduction to the skillsets to coach and grow teams.
