Please familiarize yourself with the Performance Management process, action steps and due dates.
Step 1, employee self-assessments (which is an optional step) opened to employees on March 13 and continues through March 26. After the employee completes the optional self-assessment, supervisors and indirect managers may complete the performance summary.
May 10, 2023 is completion deadline.
