Mentor Application

The Summer Connections Program is searching for returning students to serve as mentors during our 2026 program. This is a paid, in-person position over the week of July 26th - 31st, 2026. Mentors will also be required to attend in person training on April 4th.

Mentors are involved current students who serve as student role models during the week-long Summer Connections Program. Mentors will guide new students throughout the week and introduce them to what its like being a William & Mary student. Mentors will live in the dorms with the incoming students, help them navigate campus and walk to different activities, and answer questions about campus life throughout the week. This role involves working closely with other students and staff members, supporting students with disabilities, and problem solving.
