Final Exam Schedule Adjustment Request Description: Academic Wellbeing assists students who are requesting to adjust their final examination schedule on the basis of extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation must be provided with the request. Students should not assume a request is approved until they receive written approval.

Reenrollment Description: The reenrollment form is used by students who wish to return to William & Mary and who have not enrolled as a degree-seeking student at another institution since last attending the university.

Withdrawal from W&M Description: Undergraduate students who request a withdrawal from the university between semesters up to the ninth week withdraw deadline must submit an online form. After the ninth week of the semester, undergraduate students must seek approval from the Committee on Academic Status. Graduate Students who wish to pursue a withdrawal should contact the appropriate resource in their graduate school program.
