Navigate Leadership Program

Navigate Leadership is a year-long leadership development experience designed to help students strengthen their leadership skills through interactive, practical workshops. Navigate Leadership offers a flexible approach to leadership learning, allowing participants to engage in programs that best fit their personal growth goals and organizational needs.

Participants can choose from seven workshops throughout the academic year—three in the fall and four in the spring—and must attend at least five sessions to formally complete the program (however, we welcome students to attend any individual sessions that interest them, even if that is only one throughout the year)! Fall workshops include DiSC, Conflict Styles & Courageous Dialogue, and The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. Spring workshops feature Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, True Colors, Resilience, and Inclusive Leadership.

Students who formally complete the program will be invited to an end-of-year Reception, be awarded a LinkedIn badge, as well as formal recognition on the SLD website and Instagram (@wmleads)

Whether you attend on your own, bring a friend, or participate alongside your organization's executive board, Navigate Leadership provides valuable opportunities to build self-awareness, strengthen interpersonal skills, and enhance your leadership effectiveness.

All event details, including finalized dates, times, and locations, will be available on TribeLink.
