We want William & Mary students to know that you don’t have to wait to have a position, title, or role to contribute to positive change in a group or cause that you care about – that is the message behind NoTitleNeeded.
If you’re a leader holding title or position in a group, how are you fostering engagement with all of your members? If you’re a younger member, are you waiting to speak up or get involved until you are elected to some position?
Here are some ways that you can practice an approach that supports No Title Needed.
