SLD Services
Recognized Student Organizations have access to a wide range of resources and services at W&M, some of which are managed by Student Leadership Development. Here is some information about those resources and how to request/maintain those services.
Organization Mailboxes
If your organization has the need for a mailbox, please contact Student Leadership Development (SLD) at leadership@wm.edu. Student organization mailboxes are virtual. SLD will assign you a virtual box number and provide you with the mailing and delivery addresses for your organization. W&M Postal Services will contact the primary contact listed in TribeLink when mail for your organization is received.
Office/Storage Space
SLD assigns organization space in the Student Organization Suite on the second floor of the Campus Center along with offering TUB storage (plastic bins). At this time, only TUB storage can be assigned to student organizations; if your organization needs storage, please contact leadership@wm.edu.
Copy Codes
Student Organizations may utilize SLD’s Xerox copier for $0.07 per copy. If your organization has a need to make copies, please contact leadership@wm.edu for a link to the TribeLink form you will need to complete. Your organization will be provided with a copy code which is required to operate the Xerox machine. If your organization is not funded for copies or if your copy charges exceed that for which your organization is funded, your organization will be billed for the charges incurred.
