About Emily

Emily manages ISSP’s student and scholar F-1 and J-1 immigration services and manages faculty and staff employment-based H-1B immigration petitions. She views immigration advising as a tool to allow students, and scholars to make informed decisions about their lives, and strives to offer nuanced, accurate advising.

Emily holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a M.S. in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. She has studied in the UK and Mexico, and was selected for a Fulbright Seminar in South Korea.
