Timeline

Early May, 2027

The housing application opens for new students on the housing portal.

May 10, 2027

Residence Life begins emailing applicants with housing assignment information and will continue to evaluate applications as they are submitted.

August 16, 2027

Evans Apartments Move-In begins for the 2027-28 academic year.

Summer or Early Arrival

Graduate students seeking summer or early arrival must make those specific requests on the separate summer housing process.

Spring Semester Arrival

Graduate students seeking to start living on campus beginning in spring 2027 or spring 2028 will follow the new spring student process.
