Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection of Residence Life student staff. Manages the Campus Living Center front desk operations. Maintains the student staff selection and training database (StarRez), oversees reporting systems, advises the Residence Hall Association, and supervises the Graduate Assistant for the Center for Community Development (CCD).
