Center Equipment and Game Request

Thank you so much for being interested in checking out games/equipment from the Student Center for Inclusive Excellence. Please stop by the The Center to request your items and complete the borrowing agreement and form.

1. The person/organization completing the request shall keep and maintain the checked-out games or equipment during the terms of the check-out period at their cost and expense. They shall keep the games and equipment in a good state of repair, except for normal wear and tear. This included making sure all pieces were accounted for. 
2. The person/organization requesting equipment and games agrees to pay the Student Center for Inclusive Excellence full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any games/equipment not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it to the same condition it was at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. 
3. The person/organization requesting equipment and games agrees to return games and equipment within 48 hours of checkout agreement.
