Liz has extensive experience in sexual and intimate partner violence prevention, advocacy, and counseling and is training in restorative practices. Liz has a master’s degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Bio: An expert in alternative dispute resolution and election law, Rebecca serves as an Associate Professor of Law at W&M Law School and co-directs the Election Law Program. She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
