Creating partnerships in our community
The OCE is a resource for faculty interested in developing opportunities for community-based learning, service-learning, or research partnerships with our local community and beyond.
We have developed long-term relationships with many nonprofit and public organizations in our community. We would be happy to talk with you about your ideas for community involvement, whether you're starting from scratch or just need a boost of guidance.

The OCE also brings dozens of community partners to campus twice a year: our Community Partner Breakfast in the fall and our Community Partner Workshop in the spring. Faculty members frequently join us at these events, as they offer opportunities for you to meet nonprofit leaders and make mutually-beneficial connections.
