Class of 2025 - Congratulations! You've made it to the end of your time here at William & Mary and we wish you well as you move on to your next chapter. We know you have a lot to figure out, so W&M Information Technology wants to make your transition from students to alumni as smooth as possible. As alumni, you will maintain access to several services for a period of time after graduation. See the timeline below to find out when your access will expire.

12 months after graduation - May 16, 2026

Note: Access to campus buildings, library services and your Zoom Pro account expired on the day of Commencement (May 16, 2025).

Services lost at the end of the eight month period

16 months after graduation - September 16, 2026

All IT services expire 16 months after graduation
