We are please to welcome Dr. Richard Gyamfi Boakye to the IIC team as Reseach Program Manager. Richard will oversee the Conservation Research Program (CRP) by helping to design student learning objectives, mentor students in applied conservation research, manage field logistics, and facilitate collaborations with local and international partners.

With a Ph.D. in Agri-Environmental Sciences and over 18 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, landscape ecology, and community-based natural resource management, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to support student-led research and global conservation partnerships. He is passionate about mentorship and connecting research to real conservation solutions.
