William & Mary Institutional Change (IC) Process

If a change you are envisioning is not listed, consult with the Director of Academic Program Authorization.

All internal and BOV actions must be completed prior to SCHEV and SACSCOC submissions.

* Follow the timelines prescribed. 

** Organizational Changes follow the same submission timeline as Program Modifications & Technical Changes but typically require a longer approval timeline, often 90-120 days after submission.
