Chapter Overview & History
The Nu Chi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated at College of William & Mary is dedicated to upholding the sorority’s historic mission of service to all mankind while fostering sisterhood, academic excellence, and leadership among its members. As part of the National Pan-Hellenic Council community, the chapter contributes to campus life through service initiatives, educational programming, and collaborative efforts that uplift both the university and surrounding communities.
Guided by Alpha Kappa Alpha’s international program initiatives, the Nu Chi Chapter emphasizes community engagement, advocacy, and empowerment. Members are committed to creating meaningful impact through service, cultivating lifelong bonds of sisterhood, and representing the legacy of the first historically Black sorority with integrity, pride, and purpose.
