W & M Express

William & Mary Express allows you to load funds on your W&M ID Card (Tribe Card) to use for book purchases at the W&M Barnes and Noble Bookstore and at certain other locations on and off campus . The Bursar's Office will begin processing transfer requests two weeks prior to the first day of class. The form will be disabled on the first day of class as we begin the process to refund credit balances to students. The Student Account Credit To Tribe Card Transfer Form will transfer credit balances or expected credit balances (financial aid, scholarships, overpayments) from your W&M Student Account to your W&M Express Card account. Please make sure your student account has credit available to be transferred and complete the electronic transfer request form below:

The Bursar’s Office will review your request, transfer available funds and email a confirmation once the transfer is complete. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the transfer.

Excess funds from federal Title IV or other student financial aid may be included in the funds transferred. By signing the transfer form you are authorizing William & Mary to hold the credit on your Tribe Card. Once the funds are transferred to the card they cannot be removed. Funds in the W&M Express account automatically carry over from one semester to the next for all actively enrolled students.
