Submitting Service Requests

Use the list below to determine the issue and action that needs to be taken. Please call 221-2270 for emergency or urgent work requests. For all others, submit a request using the Facilities Operations online maintenance management system:

Submit a Non-Emergency service request

The use of foggers (aerosol insecticides or "bug bombs") is strictly prohibited in all student rooms, suites, and apartments. These products can pose serious health and safety risks, including fire hazards and adverse chemical exposure. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of all residents and is enforced in coordination with Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S).

If you are experiencing a pest issue, please submit a maintenance request so that our trained staff can assist you appropriately.

Facilities Operations Advisory

Facilities Operations may procure parts, materials or equipment as needed to maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing.

Routine maintenance materials costing less than $1,000 may be purchased without prior approval from index holders.
