Welcome Graduate Complex Students!

Postal Services welcomes you to the William & Mary family!

Addressing your mail

Your GSH (box number) has been assigned to you until you leave Graduate Housing.

When giving out your address to correspondents who use the United States Postal Services, please follow the example below to expedite your mail:

GSH ####
PO BOX 8795
Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795

Postal Services will accept all deliveries for students from any carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL and AIRBORNE EXPRESS).  This will allow students more flexibility in the delivery of packages or express mail pieces.  You will be responsible for transportation of items to your room.  The address format for deliveries from all carriers other that USPS should be as follows:

GSH ####

You will receive an email from parcel@wm.edu to notify you of the arrival of a mail piece that is too large to fit in your GSH box.  Please come to the parcel pickup window with a picture ID to retrieve it.
