 Gaby Johanek Ackerman ‘18
Manager, Accenture Federal Services
Gaby is a Manager at Accenture Federal Services, where she assists the Federal government in modernizing and enhancing their systems and business processes. She has over five years of experience in change management, business development & strategy consulting, focused on bringing new innovative solutions that drive transformation for federal clients.
She graduated from William & Mary with a BBA in Marketing, where she was a student-athlete on the women’s gymnastics team, a member of the Tri Delta sorority, and participated in the W&M Washington Center’s Summer Institute. She remains actively engaged with the Tribe by serving as an alumni representative on the W&M Women’s Gymnastics Resource Council.
Gaby lives in Northern Virginia with her husband (a fellow William & Mary alum!) and their two dogs.

Aoife Leogue '18
Manager, Accenture Federal Services
Aoife is a Manager at Accenture Federal Services with over seven years of experience leading projects for federal government agencies. Her work includes a range of efforts, from workforce improvement initiatives, like redesigning training programs, to developing tools to streamline processes and support large agency operations. She’s also contributed to business development & growth strategy to solve mission-critical issues for clients.
She graduated from William & Mary with a dual B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science & Policy, where she served as a Senior Interviewer, Orientation Aide, played on the Gold Soccer Club team, and member of Kappa Delta sorority.
Aoife lives in Washington, D.C. with her partner and is excited to reconnect with students and share what she’s learned about shaping a career in federal consulting.
