Repair & Maintenance Requests

Repair and maintenance requests are managed by the Operations & Maintenance groups within Facilities Operations. This could include minor modifications to spaces that are not considered projects and do not require design and construction services by OUA.

To request general maintenance or repairs to a building or space, contact Work Control at 757-221-2270 or workor@wm.edu. You may submit a service request through FAMIS (link).  A description of the types of calls and categories may be found on the Service Request page.
