Schedule
Students will be able to view their entire schedule on move-in day. The schedules listed here are examples of what a student’s day might look like.
Standard Travel Day

| 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. |
Site visit; about 30-60 minutes of travel in each direction. Example:

| 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. | Seminar discussion |
| 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. | Free time, for studying, recreation, doing laundry, etc. |
| 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. | Dinner in the dining hall |
| 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. | NIAHD will schedule either an optional or required activity.

| 11:00 p.m. | In-room curfew and quiet hours; students must be in their rooms |

Free time is a block of time with no required activities. Students should use their free time and study hours to finish reading assignments, prepare for the next day’s class, and complete writing assignments before doing other activities.
