Confidentiality Agreement
Students must complete the Confidentiality Agreement (PDF) before starting work at W&M. This form is to be retained by the supervisor for their employment files.
I-9 Forms
Every new employee is required by federal law to complete the entire I-9 process within three (3) days of their first day of work or risk termination of employment (unpaid) until documentation is received. The process includes two parts: Completion of Section 1 (by the employee and no later than the first day of work) and Completion of Section 2 (employee must submit documentation for review by employer and no later than the third day of work). Failure to present documentation by due date will put W&M out of compliance with federal regulations.
The university participates in the E-verify program and completes all I-9s via Workday as part of the new hire on-boarding module.
