Parking for the Historic Campus
Parking spaces are frequently at a premium on the William & Mary campus.
Free street parking can be found along Richmond Road as well as Scotland and Prince George Streets near the Wren Building. Nearby paid parking is available in the Colonial Williamsburg lot at the corner of Francis and South Boundary Streets and at the Prince George Parking Garage at 230 North Henry Street.
After 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays, we recommend use of the Plant Parking Lot behind the university's Campus Center. Access to this lot is off South Boundary Street, via Grigsby Drive — get directions to the Plant Parking Lot. To get to the Historic Campus from the Plant Parking Lot walk up the hill (with the Facilities Management building on your left), cross Jamestown Road, and the Wren Building will be straight ahead.
