Logan Hall

Biography

Logan Hall, a longtime real estate and construction management professional, started his role as executive director in February 2024, after joining the William & Mary Real Estate Foundation as director of operations. Hall works with W&M senior administrators to develop and manage real estate activities between the university, its affiliated foundations and outside developers on real estate projects to support the university’s strategic goals. He also oversees projects from the planning stage through completion, conducting financial analyses to ensure projects meet William & Mary’s financial and operational goals. Hall also jointly serves as the leader of the university office of real estate, which administers William & Mary’s leases and other real estate activities. 

Hall started his career as a project engineer for Kjellstrom & Lee in Staunton, Virginia, before becoming a sales and marketing representative for Ryan Homes in Charlottesville. He served as a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia from 2013 to 2018, the same year he became an architectural designer for GuernseyTingle in Williamsburg. Most recently, he served as preconstruction manager for Henderson, Inc. Hall graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 2012 from Louisiana State University, where he is currently completing a Master of Business Administration degree.
