Dobril Radoslavov

Bulgaria

COL Dobril Radoslavov is a military officer with 30 years of professional experience. His career includes a peacekeeping mission with SFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina and multiple assignments with NATO and other international organizations as a Manpower staff officer, National Representative to the NATO Defense Manpower Committee (NDMP), etc. As National Liaison Representative to the Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, VA, he co-founded the NATO Innovation Hub and facilitated the establishment of the NATO CMDR Centre of Excellence.

COL Radoslavov is a distinguished graduate of the Bulgarian Military Academy. He has graduated from the US Army's Command and General Staff College and the National Defense University in Washington D.C., where his recent thesis paper on countering Russian cognitive information operations earned him the CISA Honor Thesis Award. His civilian education includes an MBA from Old Dominion University in 2012.

He currently serves as a State Expert at the Defense Policy and Planning Directorate of the Bulgarian MoD, participating in the formulation, coordination, execution, and control of the implementation of the policy regarding national and collective security and defense.

Dobril is native in the Bulgarian language, fluent in Spanish and English, and speaks Russian
