Submitting a Facility Reservation Request
The MAC is not available for reservation until further notice
To submit a facility reservation request, please log in to the Campus Rec Portal page and select "Facilities." From there, you can search for a specific facility, view the facility calendar, or submit a facility reservation request.
Please note that Campus Recreation does not reserve certain spaces in the Bee McLeod Recreation Center during normal hours of operation (Multi-Activity Court). Please see our building hours for more details.
The Campus Recreation Tennis Courts and pickleball courts are first-come, first-serve, and are also available for reservations.
Reservation requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event and two weeks in advance for Miller Court 3 and MAC; late requests will not be considered. Submission of a request does not confirm the space. Note: We do not reserve the Multi-Activity Court (MAC) for non-Sport Club events during normal operating hours. If your event is a 5K or 10K run, please ensure that it will be completed by 10 a.m. in order to use the Bee McLeod Recreation Center start/finish line. Early open charges may apply.
