compassThe Compass Leadership Program is a structured training and development program designed to support new managers as they transition into leadership roles within the university. This program provides a comprehensive overview of essential supervisory duties, university policies, and best practices for guiding teams effectively. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, expert-led discussions, and real-world case studies covering key topics such as hiring and retaining top talent, workplace compliance, performance management, handling difficult conversations, and navigating employee transitions. By fostering a collaborative learning environment, the Compass Leadership Program helps participants develop the skills and confidence needed to lead teams successfully, support institutional goals, and create a positive and welcoming work culture.
