William & Mary partnered with The Work Number, a simple, quick, and private way to get your employment and income information to companies. It is available 24/7 and The Work Number provides information only to credentialed verifiers who have legally established business reasons for verifying income and employment.

When you authorize an organization to verify your income or employment, please direct them to www.theworknumber.com. The employer code is 22654 for William & Mary and VIMS.

We are no longer completing verbal verifications. All verifications of employment must be faxed or emailed with the release to UHR or 757-221-7724.
