Responsibilities
- will manage the ongoing review process for their site or folder, ensuring all assets are reviewed
- were assigned Cascade ownership of all assets as of fall 2025 to help facilitate reviews
- will be a report recipient from Acquia Web Governance for ongoing content maintenance
- will ensure accessibility issues reported in Acquia Web Governance are addressed
- will ensure documents are reviewed for accessibility compliance
- may delegate the review and accessibility compliance work to fellow editors as appropriate
News Stories: Additional guidance will be provided regarding the retention of archival news stories and borrowed news stories. Assets in the "news" folders have been assigned an extended review date for spring 2027. For accessibility compliance, prioritize non-news web content until guidance is available on older archival news content.
