Accommodate User Guide for Faculty
SAS uses the online platform Accommodate to manage students' accommodations. Faculty and students at William & Mary have access to the Accommodate portal. After logging into the portal, Faculty are able to access student’s accommodation letters, manage testing accommodations, and coordinate directly with resources provided by SAS.

Viewing Student Letters in Accommodate
Faculty members will receive an email when an accommodation letter is available for them to view. Faculty will need to login to the Accommodate portal to view the accommodations that a student has been approved for.
- If you are unable to access Accommodate, please try to clear your browser history before logging in again. If you are still unable to access Accommodate, contact sas@wm.edu for assistance.
Any new letters that have not been reviewed will appear on the homepage under "Letters to Review". Accommodation letters that have been viewed at least once will continue to be available within the system for faculty to revisit as needed. Once on the accommodate home page, select the three stacked lines on the left-hand side of the tool bar to locate the "Accommodation Letters" tab.
If looking for a specific student’s accommodation letter, use the search bar at the top to type the student’s name, Tribe Number, or other student characteristics.
