G.R.O.W.
The G.R.O.W. Program is a supportive, non-clinical initiative through Care Support Services designed to help William & Mary students navigate academic, personal, and life challenges throughout the semester. Through individualized check-ins and collaborative goal-setting, students are paired with a dedicated Care Support Services staff member who serves as a consistent point of contact for support, resources, and guidance.
The program focuses on empowering students to build skills, strengthen resilience, and take an active role in their college experience. Participants receive help connecting to campus and community resources and developing strategies to support overall wellbeing. With priority appointment availability and personalized support, G.R.O.W. is designed to meet students where they are and help them move forward with confidence.
