Getting Help with Workstations and Desktop for Research Computing

Support for research computing outside of the HPC clusters

Research Computing has recently started to expand its role to give limited support to computational research that occurs on faculty, staff, and student workstations and desktops. Please email [[hpc-help]] to request assistance with such a project.

Areas of potential support include:

Connections to the HPC cluster from labs, offices
Help with installing computational software on lab, office computers
Troubleshooting computational software
W&M authentication on Linux computers
