We are excited to announce that W&M Information Technology will be transitioning to a new support portal, TeamDynamix (TDX), starting May 12. You will continue to receive the same high quality support as you always have by calling 757-221-HELP, emailing support@wm.edu, or using the online chat, but beginning May 12, tickets will be created in TeamDynamix and the new support portal will be gethelp.wm.edu.
The old support portal (support.wm.edu) will remain live for a short period for leased computers and software renewals; however, all other support requests should be submitted through TDX by submitting a ticket. We’re especially excited about the new Knowledge Base, which will offer an additional layer of support for our community. Help pages will transition into TDX over time, and the Knowledge Base is expected to be fully ready in August.
