Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. crestChapter Overview & History

The Beta Delta Chapter of Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc. was founded by a group of trailblazing Latinas committed to building a sisterhood rooted in leadership, service, and academic excellence. Since its founding, Beta Delta has created a powerful space for empowerment, cultural expression, and personal growth, welcoming Hermanas of all backgrounds who share a passion for uplifting marginalized voices and giving back to the community.
Our chapter is actively involved in service initiatives that reflect our commitment to education and social justice, both locally and globally. We stand in solidarity with causes that impact our campus and broader communities. At Beta Delta, membership means sisterhood that lasts a lifetime, academic and personal mentorship, and the opportunity to create meaningful change while celebrating the rich diversity of the Latine experience.
