Alpha Sigma Phi at William & Mary is a provisional chapter established in Spring 2020, grounded in the fraternity’s long-standing national history dating back to December 6, 1845, at Yale University. Known on campus as Alpha Sig, the chapter emphasizes brotherhood, accountability, and service while continuing to build its identity within the William & Mary community.
Members are actively engaged in philanthropy, supporting organizations such as RAINN, Shatterproof, Aware Awake Alive, Active Minds, and Homes for Our Troops, reflecting a strong commitment to mental health, safety, and service to others. With cardinal red and stone blue as its colors, Alpha Sigma Phi strives to foster meaningful connections and positive impact both on campus and beyond.
