The main function of Fiscal Operations is to effectively and efficiently process the business side of Facilities Operations by providing punctual and accountable services to our employees, faculty, staff and our many vendors. Fiscal Operations manages income and expenditures through responsible implementation of policies, practices and decisions to successfully achieve our department’s goals and objectives. It is important that we effectively and efficiently meet our plans while conforming to auditing requirements for monitors to review our expenditures and revenue. We strive to create a milieu where savings and cost-benefit outcomes are improved.
