As the Director of Partnerships & Strategy for Strategic Cultural Partnerships (SCP), Ali leads the development and execution of strategic partnerships with state departments of education and school districts for SCP.

 Ali brings nearly two decades of progressive experience in education, with expertise in strategic planning and implementation, online program management, curriculum and learning design, professional development, and educational technology across K-12 and higher education. She is passionate about equipping educators with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences for their students.

 Prior to joining SCP, Ali held leadership roles at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and at WHRO Public Media, where she managed online program and course portfolios. She also served as an Instructional Designer at William & Mary and as an Instructional Technology Specialist for WJCC Public Schools.

Ali began her career as a high school social studies teacher and maintains an active Virginia teaching license. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership from William & Mary, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh.
