Terry M.

Terry M. is a career intelligence analyst with over two decades of experience as an analyst, analytic manager, and more recently, recruiting intelligence analysts.  He spent over 15 years analyzing and managing analysis of foreign weapons' development and proliferation.  Terry currently serves as the hiring manager for the Directorate of Analysis and has over seven years of recruiting experience, representing the broad swath of career opportunities at the Agency.  During this time, he has actively recruited and hired W&M graduates.  He has previously served as an Intelligence Community mentor for fellows in the Project for International Peace and Security (PIPS).  Terry earned his masters in National Security Strategy from the National War College in 2011.
