Mobile Tribe Card

• iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS

• Apple Watch Series 1 or later running the latest version of watchOS

• Apple ID signed into iCloud

• Atrium Campus Connect App

• The solution used by your school card office to confirm identity and generate secure passwords

1. Upload your photo online:

2. Download and install the university app:

3. Open the Atrium Campus Connect App and insert your William & Mary email address to confirm your organization.

4. Log in to the Atrium Campus Connect app.

5. Follow the prompts to activate your Mobile ID.

6. After activation, go to Settings → Biometrics and enable Face ID / Touch ID.

7. Go back to Settings → Credentials and tap Add to Apple Wallet or Apple Watch.

8. Once activated, the tab will show Active (green).

The Series number for your Apple Watch can be found on the back of the watch.

Note: Series 0 Apple Watch is not eligible for this program.

You can use your student ID card on up to two devices:

• One iPhone

• One Apple Watch

Both must be signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID

Your other device will continue to work.

However, you should mark the missing device as lost on iCloud.com until it is found.

Use it the same way you use your plastic card:

Simply tap the reader with your phone instead of your card.

Yes. William & Mary Tribe Card in Apple Wallet can be used even if iPhone or Apple Watch does not have network connectivity.

• Use Find My iPhone to suspend or deactivate your William & Mary Tribe Card in Apple Wallet:

• Contact the William & Mary Tribe Card office during business hours at
  tribecard@wm.edu

• If the device is found, it can be reactivated via iCloud.com or through the office if they deactivated it.

• Remove your pass from the old device in Apple Wallet.

• Add the pass to the new device using the Atrium Campus Connect App.

• If using Express Mode, you do not have to enter it.

• If not using Express Mode, you must authenticate each time.

Note: Express Mode is enabled by default.
