About the Director

Tim joined the Office of the University Architect (OUA) leadership team in August 2025, bringing more than 25 years of experience in planning, design, engineering, and construction. He has a proven record of leadership and staff management, with deep expertise in project management, stormwater systems, utility development, and site planning—enhancing the breadth and strength of the OUA team.

Tim is a Professional Engineer with registrations in Virginia and Georgia and holds a certification from the Design-Build Institute of America.
